Excellent experience and service from Scott and his whole team. Even in a tough market we were consistently looked after and advised every step of the way. End to end service from consultations to final calls with solicitors to exchange. At one point we had to consider dropping our house value to realign with market expectations - whilst we had reservations doing that, we trusted the advice given and it massively paid off!! Not only did we sell quickly it put us in a great position to close on our next move.

Romans are excellent at many things. The speed with which they move on getting tenants in is very fast and have really good communication skills, especially with those in the sales department. When moving into my rental left me a box of out of date food and out of date leaflets (it’s the little touches) . Had problems with them most months on there side of things. Very slow (1month) at replying to emails when it says “urgent please reply”. Will never use romans again.

If they ask you to sign a 12 months contract with 12 months break clause - run away fast! Its a SCAM. They claim its normal, but any half decent agency will tell you it is not. Its a warning sign of a terrible house with terrible landlord managed by a terrible agents. i.e. Romans favourite tactics and their true nature
