GoogleNot sure what I was most disappointed with. Was it the original overpricing and then very fast request to reduce? Was it the almost total lack of communication? Was it the secret shopper phone call I had a friend do for me that Romans completely failed to mention my house, but recommended others that did not fit what he was asking for? Was it the absolute absence of any viewings at all during 4 months? Not the best experience I found.

GoogleLiving away from my 89 year old mother I needed an Estate Agent that would help her through the process. Romans said that they would do this and they certainly did! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they also showed a great degree of patience. They made sure all her paperwork got to the solicitors and even went out to her on more than one occasion to help her with this. Well done to all the staff at Romans, Aldershot and a big thank you.

GoogleDisappointed with reference team. Living in this property for 2 yrs, always paid rent on time apart from 1st month which was delayed for 4-5 days as standing order was not made on time due to busy schedule, now moving to new place and they hv given reference to new agency from whom i m letting house that monthly rent was not paid on time. When I asked about it they told that they hv to tell the truth... but why dont they realize that 23 months rent given to them on time is also a truth.shame

GoogleI have found Romans to be extremely professional and supportive! Nothing is too much trouble and they were extremely swift in getting our house details out to the public! We sold in just over a week so we’re happy we decided to use Romans!!!

GoogleHello I put my Apartment in the hands of another agent to look for a Tenant and was very dissatisfied and after 9 weeks changed to ROMAN in Aldershot. Wow what a great difference in the Quality of all the Staff but as I dealt mostly with KIERAN LAMB I wish to shower praise on him! Efficient, Polite and very Efficient with a good sense of Humour too! I now have a new Tenant and ROMANS Staff have made it all very easy ....as I live abroad that was a big +! I shall be praising ROMANS. As a Cabin Crew member with BA for 39 Years and 3 Years in a special job ...Senior Cabin Service Offer (CONCORDE) I know a Good thing when I see or Experience it. We consistently strive to deliver exceptional service and it’s a shame that you haven’t received this from us on this occasion. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Charlotte Kelly the Lettings Manager at Aldershot about your comments, she’s informed me that you offered on a property with us but missed out as the Landlord opted to proceed with a different offer. The team tried to assist afterwards by booking you into see another property over although regrettably as the property was let before the appointment Charlotte tried to contact you to let you know this, she stated that your phone wouldn’t connect so she sent you a text message to ensure you were aware that the viewing wouldn’t be going ahead. We can completely understand why you’d be dissatisfied at missing out on 2 properties however sadly situations such as this can arise when trying to rent a property and so we can only offer our apologies for the disappointment that’s been caused because of this.
