We had a great experience with Prospect. Beth was super helpful and managed to agree a grace period which ensured we got our dream home. Paul made sure all the chain problems were resolved as quickly as possible and was always contactable. Highly recommend.

GoogleI have had a really great experience with Prospect Aldershot. Natasha who was the sales rep for my transaction was a joy to deal with. The property Natasha sent our way was an excellent fit for our requirements. Unlike various agents that would spam you with any and everything just to get a sale, even when they know it clear does not fit your requirements. From initial engagement, to the viewings, to communication, negotiations - all were professionally done. Even when we could not complete on the purchase for various reasons, Natasha handled that ever so graciously. Like other reviews on here, I would highly recommend her as a point of contact for your transaction.

I’m currently renting and highly disappointed and disgusted with the services I’m receiving. It’s been a month I rented and I haven’t been sitting in my living room. The first sofa delivered was bug infested and the second was nothing to accept considering the amount of money I’m paying. Took two weeks plus to deliver bed, mattress, and wardrobe. I’m tired of calling and no positive response from the agency. I regret renting this flat 😡

Thanks to Beckie Baxter being a landlord with Prospects has been much easier. Basically any estate agent is only as good as its Property Manager, and luckily for me (and Prospects) Beckie is excellent. Always available for advice, and quick to nip any potential problems in the bud.

Whilst we didn't book a property through Prospect, we were impressed with the professionalism Luke Richardson showed. He was understanding of schedules and took time to ensure we could see the houses at our pace. There was neither any rush while viewing or incessant follow ups post viewing.
