Amanda Jenkins has been an absolute superstar since taking over as our property manager. From day one, she's been incredibly responsive, helpful and genuinely empathetic, keeping us updated every step of the way and always making us feel like our concerns matter. The difference has been remarkable - we've gone from dreading having to send a message, expecting delays or frustration, to knowing that anything we raise will be acknowledged promptly and dealt with efficiently. Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. I have just finished my PhD, and for my new job, I needed a fast relocation from the North. This is, of course, stressful, but thanks to Gracie's efforts, I had some viewings and found a brilliant flat in a very short time. Also, one thing that really stood out to me about them is that they are very transparent and genuinely want to find a good place for you with no strings attached - something that I am not used to after being in the 'student enviroment' for so long! Highly recommend. Thanks again to Gracie, Matt, Samantha and the rest of the team :)

We’ve just left our rental property after 5yrs and Nikki Gardner, our property manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. With some issues around the check-out leaving us pulling our hair out and potentially losing some of our deposit, Nikki was able to act as go-between with our landlord which resulted in our deposit being returned in full and very quickly. Do not waste your time renting with this company, 3 years, two separate properties. Only to get screwed over each time for things that should be considered wear and tear, like some thread coming loose on a blind or a few marks on the skirting boards (the house was rented to a mechanic). Property management is shocking and is beyond rude every time we’ve had to deal with them. Everything is the tenants fault. Avoid avoid.

Renting through Prospect agency has been an overall positive experience for me. Best in berkshire

One of the best businesses I’ve encountered in the UK. I stayed in a Prospect-managed property in Berkshire and they’ve been incredibly professional throughout the tenancy. This includes check-in management issue reporting and renewal. Even when I requested a rolling contract during the property purchase the agency and landlord communication was spot on. Sophie handled the checkout and was very professional and diligent in communicating. I received my deposit back even before a month, which is unusual in the UK market.
