Best in berkshire

One of the best businesses I’ve encountered in the UK. I stayed in a Prospect-managed property in Berkshire and they’ve been incredibly professional throughout the tenancy. This includes check-in management issue reporting and renewal. Even when I requested a rolling contract during the property purchase the agency and landlord communication was spot on. Sophie handled the checkout and was very professional and diligent in communicating. I received my deposit back even before a month, which is unusual in the UK market.

I cannot thank Demi from the Aldershot Branch enough, you hear of some horror stories of some estate agents, but this young lady has gone well above and beyond what would be required, she has been totally professional, shown an enormous amount of care and kindness, as I am an older person with disabilities, she has me so much help with the solicitors to the point were she gave me a lift to them as they are out of town, this was just one moment of kindness amongst many other kind gestures she has done for me throughout my sale and purchase. Nothing has been too much trouble, Demi maintained regular contact to ensure I knew what was happening and to put my mind at ease. I really don't think I could have got through this process without her. Thank you so much Demi.

Trustworthy business partners

Prospect have managed several properties for me over the last 8 years and I feel they are a joint partner in my business. They are the first port of call for the tenants if there are any problems at the properties and manage them efficiently and professionally. I can always speak to someone should I need to and Nancy, our dedicated property manager is just fantastic; capable and approachable and always at the end of the phone or email and ready with a solution when needed. I trust Prospect to make me aware of any legal requirements, especially with the new renters rights bill due imminently and also rely on the check in/ inspection/checkout reports they organise for us.

Where do I start. Dexter has been brilliant from start to finish. Buying a home is a nerve racking time in anyone’s life. Especially those who have tight deadlines. Great experience with Prospect Aldershot. I dealt mainly with Sonam and Shaun for a sale, who were both great. They managed to help push a leasehold sale through in just 3 months (from offer to completion) , which is a minor miracle as typical sales like this can take 6 months! Pleasant to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process. Managed the discussions between myself and the buyer really well and kept everything moving and stress free.
