I only started renting through Prospect at the end of February and Nikki Gardner has been absolutely amazing, every question or query I have had, she has responded to me straight away and got answers for everything the same day from landlords. Any information I have needed, again Nikki has provided it very quickly.

I have a difficult situation with previous tenants. Our agent - Amanda Jenkins - has done a fantastic job to sort us the mess and also managed to recover some of the rents for us. She has gone extra miles to help the landlords which we are very grateful for.

GoogleGreat experience with Prospect Aldershot. I dealt mainly with Sonam and Shaun for a sale, who were both great. They managed to help push a leasehold sale through in just 3 months (from offer to completion) , which is a minor miracle as typical sales like this can take 6 months! Pleasant to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process. Managed the discussions between myself and the buyer really well and kept everything moving and stress free. Thank you both, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

GoogleUntil Les and his team of Chris, Jordan and Kelly camebinto the picture we had been having a terrible experience finding a property we wanted in terms of size, location and price. From the start treated us with respect and the whole process has been nothing but brilliant. They answered all our queries and made the whole process very seamless and efficient. From viewing the properties to referencing to signing the agreements everything was smooth and painless. Thanks to Les and team for making an otherwise daunting process as painless as you did. Nancy Suri is excellent as a property manager and the experience on the whole has been really good with Prospect. There have been times throughout our tenancy where prospect have not communicated properly such as booking viewings without informing us or booking maintenance on our behalf without telling us. I think this could be improved quite easily

FAO - Reading Branch I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Prospect. Moving house is already a very stressful process, and unfortunately my experience with the agency made it considerably more difficult. Instead of feeling supported and guided through the process, I felt that I was treated very poorly and, on several occasions, spoken to in a way that I found extremely rude and unprofessional and in so much pressure. The agent made the process unnecessarily difficult and showed very little understanding of how stressful this period can be for someone trying to secure a home. I would have expected patience, communication and professionalism from a letting agency, especially when dealing with something as important as finding a place to live. What disappointed me the most was being told by the agent that I should simply “ probably not use Prospect anymore.” Hearing this from someone who is supposed to be helping customers through the process was extremely upsetting and, for me, completely unacceptable. I never expected to have such a negative experience with a letting agency that is supposed to support people during what can already be a very stressful time.

I came back from holiday late Friday night to find a leak in my kitchen. I emailed Nikki Gardener at Prospect at although she doesn't work weekends she was straight on the ball first thing Saturday morning....I had a plumber round and all sorted before midday...would absolutely recommend Prospect and Nikki Gardener...thankyou

We used the Wokingham branch. We had a bad experience, ultimately we withdrew our property from the market because of challenges primarily with our buyer, but we felt that Prospect seemed mostly to be pushing us to agree whatever the buyer wanted because we felt that they saw the chance of two sets of commission. We tried to pass messages to the buyer, and we do not believe they were always passed on. We would never use again, and would certainly recommend to friends and family that they look elsewhere. Having said that. Dominique in the office is very helpful.
