As a landlord I find Prospect easy to deal with and they (especially Agnese Rees) are good at keeping me up to date. The annual summary is useful for working out your tax, although some of the monthly statements can be a little confusing where there are one off maintenance payments.

Our property has been managed by Prospect for several years now. Sasha is our most recent property manager. She is professional in her handling of any issues that arise. She is always quick to respond to and sort out any problems keeping us updated on developments.

GoogleI had planned to buy a flat from this agents , from the very beginning this purchase was difficult. Firstly we had the 4 week delay in getting the id verification through and had to pay £82 (none of the other agents charge that !) From then on it seemed I was chasing the office all the time with nobody coming back to me. The amount of phone calls I made and emails , to the manager Jordon and natasha , most of which went unanswered, which I found highly unprofessional and unworkable. Prospect gave such a poor service in my opinion leaving me with no option other than to pull out of the purchase. I would not recommend these to anyone thinking of buying , renting or leasing , find your self a reliable agent .
