Smooth and less stressful experience.Firstly, we are new in this country, live less than a year. We don't have a good credit history nor previous renting reference. Many letting agencies will just ignore you and tell you some excuses, why no one accepting your offer (we offer £150 more). So, Martin & Co from Aldershot gave us a chance to prove that we are a normal human being, trying to find a place to live. They take care of everything, answer on all our questions and handle everything. Will use it in the future. Thank you.PS. Sorry for English, it is my 3rd language.

I must be honest though and state that for the record, I do not recognise your user name, nor do I employ a member of staff in the role of "Lettings Manager", nor have we received any complaints in branch. I have discussed your comments with all members of my team, none of whom can fathom who you are or what may have resulted in you leaving a 1 star review. There are over 200 individually operated Martin & Co Franchises up and down the country and so perhaps your review was aimed at another branch? At Martin & Co Aldershot we are frequently complimented for our responsiveness and I believe that all of our team care deeply about delivering an empathetic service whilst being sympathetic to each customer’s varying, individual circumstances. GoogleWe have been using the Lettings service for a number of years and cannot recommend enough. We have absolute confidence that everything will always be scheduled and occur in a timely and professional manner from maintenance issues to routine visits and important annual safety certificates. The contractors that are engaged complete repairs and maintenance to a great standard and for very reasonable rates. During challenging times such as pandemic we felt that the business adapted swiftly and professionally to oversee everything as much as was possible. Even more important to us as we are overseas. They were able to market one of our properties virtually to comply with temporary laws and despite the restrictions found us new, excellent tenants. We feel the vetting process is extremely reliable in matching us with the best tenants. We have been so lucky to have Gemma liaising with us and our tenants and she is incredibly responsive, intuitive and professional. We have had more than positive experiences with all members of staff as well and our tenants have definitely seen the managing agents as a positive when renewing and we have had long-term tenants for a while now. Would not even consider using anyone else, for peace of mind and professional industry conduct this company is the best. Keep up the outstanding work!

I was buying a flat through McKenzie Smith who had a sole contract with the vendor. However just found out Martin and Co had taken flat on and sold it. Hard to believe in all their dealings with solicitors and vendor they didn’t know another estate agent was involved and offer accepted on the property
