Whatever my query was and whoever I spoke to, they were always happy to help or direct me to the best place. Whenever I submitted maintenance requests, they were responded to quickly and I was kept updated with progress. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co.

Firstly I would like to give million of thanks 🙏🏻 to margin& Co team .I was struggling to find out 1 bedroom flat since 5 months ,finally Martin provide us suitable flat in ascot court where I want .The staff at Martin are very helpful good communication,quick response with I inventory check day we we find some issue on lock and other issue they quickly mange to maintenance & all sort out now with free cost .I’m so delighted they are genuine.I recommended my friends &family as well thank you 🙏🏻 Martin & Co family .

I have recently had the good fortune to work with Martins Aldershot in relation to an apartment I rented. I found their service from check in through to check out excellent. In particular, Linda and Gemma went way beyond the normal call of duty ! I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

GoogleI stepped back from getting involved in my house sale. Everything was handled perfectly. Fantastic photos and an innovative means of selling the house meant I achieved a better price than I expected. After the price was agreed everything continued to be problem free and completion reached without delays or dramas. Would definitely use again.

If I could give no stars, I would. My partner has been letting with them for 15 months. At the start, when he first moved in he was told the property would be professionally cleaned, not too sure if they checked the property after it being ‘professionally cleaned’ but there was stains on the carpet, marks in the toilet and more which was disgusting. Having mentioned it to Martin & Co, nothing was done. The windows would break every other week meaning his window would either not be able to close (during winter) or his window was not able to open where being in a top floor flat, even though the estate agents told him in summer that flat was very cool due to it being at the top and in winter it would be warm due to the heat in the building travelling up, was an absolute lie and made the crap windows unbearable. When a glazier would come to get it fixed, they would always say how rubbish and cheap the windows were and would recommend they get replaced, but of course the estate agents wouldn’t listen. From dealing with blocked sinks to be told “you can fix it yourself”, to mould and damp to being told “all you have to do is clean the walls” the last 15 months has been absolutely tragic for my partner. Not to forget the grand finale where my partner was told the flat was being sold and the estate agents continuously reassuring him they would find another property for him to live in. Not a single viewing was offered to him nor any information given on properties available. Martin & Co completely left my partner in the lurch, didn’t even bother help him find somewhere to live even though saying they would, yet we’re very quick to demand things like electricity bills, him to be available for people to view his flat at a moments notice (where 70% of the time the viewing would be cancelled and Martin & Co would only tell my partner after the viewing time meaning he went out of his way to make plans for nothing). Would never recommend this estate agents to my worse enemy. Completely useless, selfish, inconsiderate and time wasters.
