GoogleAs an extended family we have used Martin and Co in Aldershot for both selling and letting over the past 6/7 years which enables us to recommend them without hesitation. They actually benefit from not being one of the "big players" in the housing market. GoogleI recently let my first buy-to-let property through Martin & Co. Any trepidation I may have felt at becoming a landlord was very short-lived! Within 4-5 days of taking ownership the team had found suitable tenants. I was attracted by the personalised approach and the fact that i would only ever have to deal with one office/team in contrast to the larger chains of lettings agents consisting of numerous departments. I'm happy to say they have delivered - the communication and service has been first class.

Awful service, lack compassion, will cancel repair rather than look into them provide property with bedroom doors that only shut with cardboard under, victim blaming in tennacy breakdown, don't do proper checks on tenants, domestic violence police case isn't acceptable reason for issues at propertythey are unreasonable and management have no compassion or feelings, they think its acceptable for victims to made homeless while there provented entry to property

GoogleMartin & Co (Aldershot) helped and advised us with purchasing our first and second buy to let properties. They know the marketplace and subsequently found us a new tenant within a few days of the previous giving notice. The staff at Martin & Co (Aldershot) are always very helpful in finding Trades to sort any problems we have encountered. We would recommend using Martin & Co to any prospective landlord and look forward to a long association with them.

GoogleI have had an apartment rented out through Martin&Co (Aldershot) for the last 5 years. The process to list and let the property was extremely smooth and I had tenants in situ within 2 weeks. The level of service from Martin&Co has been very high with every member of staff impressing me with their work ethic and common sense approach to getting the job done. Any problems I have encountered have been dealt with quickly and without fuss or high expense. When I decided to sell the property with a sitting tenant Martin&Co very quickly found a buyer and went above and beyond the level of service expected in dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor. I cannot recommend Martin&Co enough. I would definitely encourage anyone with a property to rent or sell to do so through the staff at Aldershot.

GoogleI have recently been dealing with Linda Gunner throughout the end of my tennancy agreement. She has made the whole thing run smoothly while going out of her way to re-arrange dates, cleans and check outs last minute for me. Would highly recommend Martin and Co Aldershot for any lettings as for the past 3 years any issue we have had has been sorted straight away making our time renting pleasant all round.

They spin defensive emails that are filled with lies, half truths an innuendos! The efficiency and level of service is 1st class and includes things like getting reminders for things which I sometimes forget, and getting help with any queries I have. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly and are willing to help at all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
