GoogleI've used Martin and Co on a couple of occasions now to let my property and they're absolutely faultless. The efficiency and level of service is 1st class and includes things like getting reminders for things which I sometimes forget, and getting help with any queries I have. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly and are willing to help at all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I think it really pays to use people who know their market and take pride in what they do. The bar for estate agents and letting agents is set pretty low, but Martin and Co are in a different league.

They are an efficient company. The staff I have spoken to have always been polite and courteous. Some difficulties surrounding guarantors when I first signed up to a property but all resolved in the end. Some fixes needed within the property but will need to fund this myself due to lack of acceptance of responsibility from the landlord.

Great experience with Martin and Co. We spoke to several agents in Aldershot, and decided to go with Toby Vowels from Martin and Co. It was a great decision, he found us a buyer after one set of viewings. Also gave a lot of helpful advice along the way. Dear Mr Μαριος Βοντας, Sorry for the late reply. I had reported this review to google on the basis that I believe it is libellous, but sadly google have not responded. So, the facts… You rented a furnished property, when your furniture "arrived", you quite simply disposed of (sold?) the landlords furniture. As a result, the landlord (via Martin & Co) requested a full retention of your deposit at the end of the tenancy towards replacing the missing pieces of furniture. You have refuted the claim saying that you disposed of "broken" items despite never reporting any broken items at any time during the tenancy. As a result of the dispute, the landlord quite rightly (in in my opinion) sought a full retention of your deposit whilst you offered £0. A dispute was duly lodged with the DPS Alternative Dispute Resolution service. The DPS in house lawyers reviewed the events and sided 100% with the agent/landlord. Subsequently this review appeared, I assume as a reaction to the DPS adjudicators decision. Given that the furniture was of good quality and excellent condition at the time you moved in, and that your tenancy was only 17 months in total, perhaps you are fortunate that the landlord chose not to report the missing furniture to the police as a theft. Thankfully for us and our landlord clients, these situations are extremely rare. Kind Regards, James Wiggins

GoogleI have rented my property with Martin & Co for the last 3 years and having recently decided to sell, they also managed to agree a sale within 3 weeks. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The owners deal with you directly and have a very hands on approach to running the business.
