Poor Experience, still havnt managed to correct our names. Forced us into a completion date/timeline that was not helpful to us.Expected us to hand in our notice for our flat without a clear letter of Exchange. Very unprofessional.

The sale has gone well, with "soft touch" interventions by Pedro Barros.We all love to hate Estate Agents, however we are very pleased with the service offered by Mackenzie Smith.
