Very flexible in the way they market your property to generate interest to maximise best offers. Their percentage commission rate is higher than most but they were prepared to lower it if suggested maximum price was not realised. Having approached all other estate agents in the town I'm convince that Mackenzie Smith probably achieved the best price for me. The downside why I never awarded 5stars is because they had an accident with one of the entrance doors and broke a window. They said they would get it fixed before the next viewings but never did. At the time I was furious. That said I would use them again.
