I have not actually used this agent but nor would I and I will explain why......If you are on with another agent this agent bombards you with unsolicited mail, they are either stupid or thick skinned as I have returned most of these with notes saying 'No more' and 'do not contact again' but they still come.This practice is not environmentally friendly and if they cant cant follow a simple instruction I would hate to think what they are like when selling your home.

Not sure what to say really as I was only buyingI know our offer was accepted just one week before lockdown but the agent was very reluctant for us to have a second viewing on that last Saturday before lockdown was announced but thank goodness he did as we met the executor who was here for a few hours.
