I was nervous about moving house and all that it entails but I needn’t have been. Pedro from Mackenzie Smith was so patient, kind, and helpful, it took all the stress away.There have been the usual ups and downs involved in the moving process, Pedro has steered me through and I am now on the point of exchange. One star is kind, for what of a better word. The owner will let their home go to rack and ruin via a letting. If you want to spend lots of money at the end of a tendency fixing your property this is the agency for you. Or simply you just don’t care as a landlord, there are still neighbours that do as they wish to maintain the value of their dwelling and their letting is devaluing this. Then Mackenzie Smith are your agent. If the boot was on the other foot this particularly landlady would think very differently. The staff are extremely aggressive.

We were so impressed with the hard work that Nick our agent put into marketing our house and also helping to progress the house sale by following up on others in the chain.
