Nick Kirby handled the sale of my home which we only exchanged on yesterday. From my initial meeting with Nick, I had complete trust and confidence in him that he would achieve me the best price for my property. He did that…. And some! Nick also really pushed my onward purchase in order to ensure we came to exchange as quickly and efficiently as possible (although I didn’t actually buy through Mackenzie Smith). He really did go the extra mile. I was kept in the loop at all times and each stage was clearly explained to me. Nick also provided some useful advice with regards to my purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mackenzie Smith, specifically Nick if you are looking to sell your home.
