Was given the best advise at the outset in setting realist price for my property in order to secure a quick sale. The team worked to ensure the sale progressed as quickly as possible ( within their control). The terms were fair and competitive. Customer service for all parties I felt remained paramount throughout the whole process. Would not think of using anyone else !

Best Real Estate Agents ever! We worked with Mackenzie Smith team (office in Yateley) for our new property purchase and I can not praise them enough! From the very first viewing (we had a number of those) to the actual "sale agreed" stage, working with Mackenzie Smith was a breath of fresh air! We never had a feeling to be "sold to" or "pushed to buy" - often the case with other real estate agents; every viewing has been well organised, every property detail provided on the day; we were constantly updated with any progress made/offer submitted/accepted/etc. Not surprisingly, we ended up buying our house via Mackenzie Smith and I could write another whole paragraph on how professional their team is, dealing with us at the post-sale stages. Trustworthy, reliable, honest, efficient and supportive real estate guide - who can ask for more?!
