MacKenzie Smith found me a tenant in a short time. However, there were quite a few errors in the tenancy agreement (TA) drawn up by MacKenzie Smith. I was not very pleased when MacKenzie Smith suggested to stop the process if I did not sign the incorrect TA. After some difficult discussions with MacKenzie Smith, some of the errors (not all) were corrected.
