Absolutely brilliant. Steve Panther got us through our first house purchase in 8 weeks, and kept us more up to date than our solicitors. Always available when we needed help and felt like he genuinely cared about both the sellers and buyers. If we ever did decide to sell in the future we would use this company without hesitation.

This was our second home we bought after using a different estate agent(one of the largest agents) and I can honestly say Tom, Ali and Matt service was massively better! They made us feel like we was the only customers they had on the books and bent over backwards to make the transition as smooth as possible. Endless chasing of solicitors on daily basis and making tired ends meet was never too much for the team and I honestly will not be using anyone other than Mackenzie and smith in the future.
