My wife and I were delighted with the services we received from Simon Dredge, manager of the Hook branch, when we sold our former home in Hook recently.We live some distance from Hook and had not visited our house there for some years. Travelling for us was difficult so everything had to be done remotely. There were, the house having been let, a number of practical matters that I think an estate agent would not normally wish to take on but Simon did so cheerfully which not only helped us but also our buyers. We are very grateful to him and believe his effort really went above and beyond the call of duty. First class service we fully recommend!

Paul and Tom dealt with our case and we couldn't have wished for anything better. Their communication, proactiveness, customer service, understanding and care was second to none. Both Paul and Tom were available to speak to us at all times and were always fully aware of what was going on and it was clear they were working closely together as a team to help in our property purchase. Out of all of the people we had to consult regarding our house purchase, Paul and Tom were by far the most efficient and helpful and were willing to bend over backwards to help ease any stress or issues encountered (of which there were MANY!) We encountered almost every hurdle possible during our purchase which was incredibly stressful from our initial solicitors closing mid-purchase, changing solicitors, mortgage revaluation and our mortgage offer almost running out amongst other things. The saving grace for us was Paul and Tom's customer service which helped ease our stress and made everything so much better. Paul predominantly was in contact with us and managed our case and was absolutely incredible. He was so organised and helped to push our case further along and was always communicating what was going on with us which was really helpful. Also he built a really strong rapport with both myself and my husband and we were able to ask him many questions and were just so grateful for everything that he did. We cannot express how grateful we are for them. This was our first experience with estate agents and if we are ever to buy a house again, I wouldn't want to use anyone else. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for everything!

A brilliant Estate Agent...best we have ever known!!

James, Justin, Dan and the rest of team at Fleet office were brilliant. They have handled two house sales for us and their service is way better than anything we have known before. Their experience, local knowledge, attention to detail and motivation are superior to other, run-of-the-mill agents. I would use them again and again! Refreshing key differences are honesty - they tell it like it is, even if the news is not what you want to hear...so none of the usual smoke and mirrors stuff! Also, they are polite and courteous and always act with your best interest at heart. Also, their attention to detail to drive the process is essential to get a sale done. Other estate agents in Fleet are so bad that James and his team end up doing their work for them...because these others are big corporates with the usual badly trained staff, with low motivation, little experience, annoying manner and rubbish admin work. I know of similar properties to ours that are hanging around on the market whilst ours have been sold and importantly...followed through to completion easily. This team will thrive in 2023...whilst the others will be full of doom and gloom and job losses. All power to Mackenzie Smith - they do it right!!!

Nick Kirby was honest, offered great advice and kept us appropriately informed at every stage of the process. At the initial meeting Nick had a great portfolio of evidence to help value our property, and outlined how he worked. The marketing collateral and execution was superb, resulting in a number of viewings, which resulted in a number of above asking price offers. Each offer was supported by evidence of the candidates situation, enabling us to make an informed choice regarding our buyer. We have had a very positive experience selling with Paul in the Yateley office.
