Nick Kirby at Mackenzie Smith, Ash Vale was absolutely fantastic. We had a great buying experience with Nick, who kept us well informed throughout each and every step during the buying process. Buying a property with Mackenzie Smith

We viewed a couple of properties with Darren, agent from Ash agency, which we had requested viewings for, they weren’t quite right and throughout the viewings we were providing feedback on what we liked and did not like about the properties. We feel that Darren listened to our feedback, which gave him valuable details of what we were looking to find. Darren suggested a property in Ash, which he advised us to be open minded on and also mention that there were some important details to consider when viewing the property. We instantly fell in love with the property, which was exactly what we were looking for. Darren arranged to then meet us again first thing the following morning even though he was due to go on holiday for 2 weeks that day. Purchasing this property was an emotional rollercoaster, causing lots of challenges throughout the purchase process, however Darren and his team were as tenacious as me, in facing these challenges including recommending a solicitor and mortgage broker to help find us a mortgage on this property, where other lenders couldn’t. I think all parties involved in the purchase of our property, worked brilliantly, especially in the challenges that faced us. I’d highly recommend Darren and his team at Mackenzie Smith and would recommend to others when selling/buying their property. Thanks

Just completed THE smoothest move into our new rental property; 5* isn't enough to rate how unbelievably awesome our experience was; from the first point of contact with Andrew to the move-in, his professionalism, excellent customer service, swift responses and the seamless process were second to none; we've rented numerous times in the past and the rental agencies have often made it a stressful time, not these guys!! House flooded due to burst pipe in the…

House flooded due to burst pipe in the loft while I was out of the country. I was requested to remove all of my belongings from the house for repairs. House was emptied by family members while i was away and some of my belongings were stored in the garage of the property. As soon as house was vacant, they immediately served me notice, leaving my baby and I homeless upon return from our trip abroad. I've since received bullying emails from the agents saying they will throw my belongings in a skip if not removed immediately, while knowing full well i was still out of the country. They owe me rent rebate from the day property was deemed uninhabitable but are using this as ransom to get me to remove my things from garage. I'm absolutely disgusted at the way I've been treated by them. They have no consideration as to how this has affected my child and I. All my belongings were ruined in the flood and my child and I are homeless as a result, I had only been in the property 6months and im having to move around again. Im a single parent who has undergone a huge amount of stress as a result of this agency! They are just inhumane and lack compassion as humans.

Outstanding. Our land sale was far from straightforward as the plot was being subdivided and then sold to multiple buyers at the same time. This complex arrangement required considerable patience and tenacity and Katherine Grey controlled the whole process admirably. The advice at commencement of the project was extremely beneficial in developing the sales plan and included us working and aligning with a builder (also recommended by Katherine) to present the best market offer. Over the course of the next 18 months Katherine worked diligently to secure the plot sales, handling everything from the negotiations and communications with builders and buyers as well as solicitors whilst remaining composed and communicative throughout this entire process. Would undoubtedly recommend Mackenzie Smith and in particular Katherine Grey if you have land to sell.
