Andrew Travers is exceptional; assisting us to lease our property once more having been let down by the incumbent letting/managing agent who failed miserably at handling the tenant renewal process and resulting tenant exit. Nothing has been too difficult for Andrew - from assisting us with repairs, cleaning and other required works to keeping us constantly updated during the tenant transition process and ultimately managing our expectations. It’s the small things that Andrew does that makes big things not seem a worry - a personal touch that often time is all too lacking. Cannot recommend enough.

Andy Travers comes with experience but his proactive communication, patience, and understanding are second to none which has made our Tenancy process so much easier than I have ever experienced before. Andy is fully transparent but if he is to be seen as the ambassador to Mackenzie Smith's values, I must recommend this agency as I have never felt as protected or as valued in the capacity of a Tenant as I have seen in this process. I normally feel that estate agents are heavily invested with the landlords but MacKenzie Smith genuinely cares for the best interest of all parties involved in this process and they navigate us all through accordingly. We would highly recommend choosing Mackenzie Smith as estate agents.Our first contact was with Nick Ross who came to value the house. We appreciated his honest approach and right away felt we were in good hands. As soon as we confirmed we would like to go ahead with them, we were kept busy with viewings even before the house details went online! We were very happy with how the house was marketed, with plenty of good photos and a nice brochure. It took only 10 days to receive a very good offer on the house, which we accepted. From then on up until exchange of contract, we were updated regularly by both Nick and Steve Tetlow who also kept in touch with our sellers, buyers and solicitors in order to keep all in the chain informed and in agreement. We are buying a new build so there have inevitably been a few uncertain moments but Steve and Nick were always there to calm our nerves! We got there in the end and are very grateful for all their help.
