Superb Estate Agents wished we'd chosen then sooner!

Well! After being on the market for over a year with an Estate Agent and with only a handful of viewings we decided to change to MacKenzie Smith. The reason we chose them is because of a lovely lady called Celia had politely approached us on several occasions with a genuine interest and desire to sell our property. (Wished we had trusted her sooner.) Within the first week after New Year we had at least 5 views and sold in the same week. That was January 2024, we completed at the end of March 2024. We have never experienced such a professional and delighted service in the many times we have moved over the years. The whole team knew what they were doing, how to promote a property and how to communicate and were above school age, thank goodness! We were emotional but so happy when the final day came as was Celia who we considered a member of the family.We absolutely would recommend MacKenzie Smith, Celia, Steve and the whole team if you want a company that cares about you, has never ending positive energy, know what they're talking about and are also grown ups, look no further.

Achieved high rental price after apartment upgrade

I had bought an apartment requiring some work. Andrew Travers of Mackenzie Smith reviewed the apartment,and work items to get a rental price at the high end was agreed such as replacement of kitchen appliances and changes elsewhere. Andrew and his team completed the work and achieved a rental price I had never thought was possible: highest rental price in the entire block of flats! Very impressed.

Nick has changed my opinion on estate…

Nick has changed my opinion on estate agents. Having been on the market for around 10 months with two local estate agents - Nick has sold my property in just under 1 week. Nick was immediately different from the rest; appearing in my inbox and asking how things were going. We were pen pals for a few weeks, being generous with his time and expertise. Feeling frustrated at the time, Nick told me not to lose faith and to consider my options. While the other agents had suggested a reduction in price - it was Nick who provided me with the sales and market data so I could make an informed decision, rather than act on impulse or that “things are stagnant at the moment, you should reduce your price”.Beyond being clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the market, Nick is a lot of fun to talk to. His humour and guidance make a relatively stressful experience quite enjoyable! I am looking forward to working with Nick into the purchase of our next home, and might even invite him over for cuppa once we have our keys.

Mckenzie Smith and Darren have been nothing short of absolutely superb. The service is excellent they really go out of their way to make sure things go smoothly and go above and beyond. My sale and purchase was particularly complicated however the professionalism and communication from Darren was excellent. Top service start to finish

Nick from McKenzie Smith was with my sister and I throughout the process of selling our dad's property. I started the process a little apprehensively

Patience and perseverance

We can thoroughly recommend , Janes ,Justin and Dan at Mckenzie Smith in Fleet for their professionalism , patience and experience over the last eighteen months. In 2022 they found us a buyer within a few days but unfortunately , close to exchange , Liz Truss managed to scupper that transaction with her financial madness. We came off the market until March of this year , in a difficult time for sales. We eventually found a buyer in August, who turned out to be very difficult to deal with. Had it not been for their ability to negotiate with her , we would almost certainly not have been able to move into our lovely new home. Kieran at Hook office

Kieran at Hook office was absolutely amazing. He sold our house in 2.5 days ! It had been up with another agency for just over 4 months prior with very few viewings. Kieran’s photos were not only free but were much better than the professional photographer that the other agency used . Kieran was exceptionally professional and helpful at all times.
