Darren at the Ash Vale branch was great throughout the whole process. Our buyer was a bit painful, but Darren managed to liaise and manage the situation very well. We originally had our house listed with Bridges Estate Agents but after 20 weeks they couldn't sell it and we had 0 offers! With Mackenzie Smith, we had it on for 3-weeks and got a good offer which we accepted! Very pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend them!

Once into the conveyancing process, Steve Panther managed our case and was informal, friendly and communicative, giving us updates and staying involved rather than just leaving it to the solicitors, which I really appreciated.
