Before putting our home on the market, we had thought that choosing between estate agents was a rather moot point; after all, most homes end up on a certain well-known property website. What we didn’t appreciate was the huge gap between different agent’s service levels after an offer is accepted. In a nutshell, Steve Panther at the Farnborough branch was worth his weight in gold! Always available on the phone when needed, frequent updates via email and he regularly chased the entire chain, not just our immediate buyers, for updates. So much so that our buyers complimented him on his personal service and wished they had used him for their own sale. Highly recommend the Mackenzie Smith Farnborough branch.

If Mackenzie Smith is embodied in Luke Morgan then 5 stars. I thought Luke at Mackenzie Smith was the best part of the chain (4). He acted for the seller but I really felt he cared about getting us through the door. I understand his acting for the seller but he did it in such a way as to make me comfortable that he was working for both of us. His pleasant, helpful manner made the time we spoke or emailed feel like a successful interaction. He dropped us the keys to the new house without hesitation and didn't make us go to the office whilst others sat outside the house. Good communication throughout the process.It all made the difference. This move was stressful enough what with Covid lockdown, so I shall remember Luke as a shining example of Mackenzie Smith. If and When we look to sell again I shall be considering them !
