Great service from start to finish having had issues with our first agent. The valuation was spot on and had our house sold within a week with 5 offers to choose from.The agents were on top of keeping in touch with the buyers, their solicitor and their buyers solicitor throughout the process resulting in completion in 8 weeks.The agents fees were reasonable too sitting around mid point in the local market.
