We had a nightmare of a chain, but Mackenzie Smith did their utmost to ensure that things were held together and sorted so that we could get moved in time. House sell themselves to be honest you are not paying the estate agent to sell your house you are paying for them to keep everything moving with the sale and Mackenzie Smith did just that. I personally would have liked to have been kept more informed of what was happening as sometimes it was a challenge to get hold of the right agent which was frustrating. However I do feel that Mackenzie Smith acted professionally throughout and when it came to crunch time on that day of exchange / sale that is when Justin earned every penny of his commission making all the right calls.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, local, reliable agent.
