Tracy Cook emailed me falsely accusing me of having dogs, threatening me with termination with no evidence to support. When i called to query she was rude, not professional and refused to provide me with the communal agents number who the complaint went to. This is the second false accusation that has come from Mackenzie Smith with no evidence to support.I've spoken to my landlord of which have said they've received no complaints regarding my property and myself.I am appauled to be service provided with such an accusation with no evidence. This is the second time they've emailed me accusing me of something false.I would like to lodge an official complaint with Mackenzie Smith for the frustration caused by false accusations.
