We had used them years ago when we sold our flat and bought the house and I’m really glad we used them again to sell the house this time. Purchased my first property through this company and they knew I was a first time buyer so wasn't well-versed in house buying. Communication was not great and there seemed to be a lot of 'covering up', from the broken washing machine, the broken heater in the bedroom, to the leak in the bathroom and the broken extractor fans. Mackenzie Smith were in charge of letting this property before I purchased it so I turned to them for help which unfortunately they turned a blind eye to. As a first time buyer, I felt very left in the dark which was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend using the company again unless you are an experienced home buyer.

Simon and Kieran at Mackenzie Smith - really have gone above and beyond. They've sold my house and secured my next one. Simon dealt with the majority of the sale of my house and subsequent purchase. Kieran has also been very helpful when speaking to him on the phone. Would be very happy to recommend them to others looking for an estate agent in the Hook area.

After almost a year in lockdown we finally completed on my mums retirement flat today. Having been instructed to sell mums flat and agreeing the purchase on her new flat which was one of their listings, James, Dan, Luke, Charlie and Justin of the Fleet branch, have all been so supportive during such a tough time. All credit to all of them for their care, professionalism, amazing customer service and absolute commitment to getting this sale and purchase completed. I literally could not have done it without them. Rarely have I ever experienced such dedication to customers. These boys know their market inside out, they are completely cool, calm and focused on the task in hand. Absolute respect to all of the team and my deepest most heartfelt thanks for the service you gave us and your genuine care of my elderly mum. This is what estate agents should look like!
