I came to Mackenzie Smith originally through a builder I was trying to buy through, and I had in the back of my mind that it might be a waste of money when I could go down the purple bricks route.Having now completed, selling through Mackenzie Smith and buying through Purple Bricks, I realise that I could not have been more wrong.Gavin Fry is absolutely fantastic and goes the extra mile again and again. I lost my first buyer but he had me another over the weekend and from then on i’m positive that he saved this transaction more than once. He spent time building rapport with other parties in the chain which meant we got key information through him where the conveyancers struggled to get answers. On a very stressful completion day Gavin and the team were there getting things sorted. By contrast, I had to drive at 5pm to pick up my new keys from the purple bricks agents aunt as he wasn’t available.Would 100% recommend them to anyone and would absolutely without hesitation use them again.
