We had a great experience throughout the whole process. Right from the beginning Darren was absolutely fantastic, even staying late in his personal time enabling us to travel to see the property. The regular communication and proactivity shown throughout from Darren and his team in dealing with mortgage broker, conveyancing team and the vendor was first class - always actioning things quickly and efficiently making this process as smooth as possible. Darren’s attitude was always, “let’s see how we can make it work and what’s possible”. Would highly recommend Mackenzie Smith.
