I have little experience with estate agents but was forced to use McKenzie Smith to purchase a new build from a developer, Nick was honest with me and helped me through my first house purchase, he has single handedly saved them from a 1 star review.I would strongly advise to not go for their recommended conveyancer as they do not reply to you and are somehow interlinked with the shady unprofessional management, if I went with them I would have been severely ripped off.

By far, Tracy at Mackenzie Smith was the most professional and helpful. At very short notice, she took us to view 2 rental apartments. When we returned to Abu Dhabi she was in constant contact and promptly responded to emails. Her guidance and assistance were invaluable. Unfortunately due to a change in our requirements, we did not eventually rent the apartment through them. However, I would certainly recommend Tracy and would return to them for future requirements.

We sold our house through Mackenzie Smith at the end of 2019.The service we received from start to finish was absolutely faultless. From the advice we received with regards to making the most of our house for viewings, right through to being kept updated on moving day, we couldn't have asked for more.There were several delays at the other end of our chain and I could sometimes spend upwards of a couple of days waiting for our sellers estate agents to return my emails or answer my calls, which only made me appreciate the efficiency of Mackenzie Smith even more. All emails and messages were responded to within a couple of hours, (often sooner), and we were updated asap with any feedback received from the large number of viewings we had on the house.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mackenzie Smith to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.
