GoogleMy first time contacting this Estate Agent.
My call was answered by someone called Tom, he spoke extremely fast as if my call was an inconvenience to him. I asked him to bear with me for a second (literally it was a second), in that time he decided to put the phone down on me. I did call back thinking it was a mistake. I said you put the phone down on me, he said yes I did, without any explanation and then proceeded to ask how he could help me.... you can guess my reply!
There are enough other estate agents that have manners and time to listen that do not make you feel like an inconvenience. One to avoid in my experience!!!
