From initial review meeting, through to the end with the house sale transaction Nick was absolutely the best.He was comprehensive on house price comparables research and well ahead of local competition on sale price accuracy and competitive fee level.The sale was a difficult journey as chains were involved but Nick really does thorough due diligence on each of the buyers chain and spent a great deal of time researching these -helping us make the most informed choice which buyer to go with.Two of the potential buyers due to their own unexpected issues meant we had to wait almost a year to sell the house, but this was not a poor reflection on Nick, rather he negotiated with the buyers with great skill and patience to do right by both the seller and buyer and yet protect our interests . In the end it was necessary for him to exercise great calm and coolness yet leverage our interests and tactfully apply pressure on the buyers to honour their desire to buy this property when difficulties arose on their side. Nick managed this to excellent effect liaising tactfully with all parties and with urgency. We are totally satisfied with all his professional input in very difficult and competing situations . This is no average agent this is a professional at the top of his business.
