I bought a property through Mackenzie Smith and would not use them to sell a property of mine in the future. Their service was average until the day of exchanging contracts. There was a last minute issue with the seller (their customer) and they made little effort to rectify the matter causing everyone in the chain a great deal of unnecessary stress and resulting in poor customer service.

I cannot rate the branch in Fleet highly enough. They are simply the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. From the initial valuation visit through to completion James’ helpfulness, support and kindness as we sold our family home of 54 years has been outstanding. Not only did James deal with chasing solicitors and helping us navigate our way through the usual paperwork etc he understood that this was an emotional process for our Mum and ourselves and always took the time to ask how she was and how we were feeling. Was quering about a retirement property. From the beginning the agent, agents were were negativ towards me. One saying, if I can get a mortgage, then is fine, the other one ,definitely no mortgage to be given for it, the third one coming back ,that cash buyers only. As the court is with this requirement.... Was a lye. The way how they talked ,just puts people down from the beginning. I phone around, to find out that the property is under offer and to be sold.This could be told from the first phone call . . But this guys working for the agency, either they discriminate because hearing my non English accent, either becayse of something else.... 🤔But definitely they are not providing good ,not saying excellent, just good customer service. I am very disappointed 😞 because of this .Really not nice ,that from the beginning to be treated with so much negativity...☹Just wondering what mentality 🤔, and what kind of customer service training some of them had . Anyway, really disappointed about the staff.. thing from the office in Aldershot ..

Buying first home can be very stressful and full of surprises but not with Mackenzie Smith Estate team on board ( Camberley office ).
