Ours was a fairly easy sale - no chain, however there is always the possibilities of difficulties. However none occurred these guys operate in a very professional way, diligent, helpful and good communicators. They have good relationships with local solicitors and have a good knowledge of the local area. We also used their letting agency to rent the house out prior to having to sell it, they too offered a good service and advice.
