The whole experience was conducted in a very professional and courteous manner.Katherine was absolutely marvellous. Impressive service with great communication

We were very impressed with the service received from Mackenzie Smith and Stephen Down in particular. There was no pushy sales talk at the initial visit, just an honest appraisal. A buyer was found immediately, but Stephen continued to be proactive with his communication, ensuring that we were kept up to date with proceedings in the chain. He was extremely helpful in chasing different parties as we neared exchange/completion and I'd like to thank him personally for helping to get everything across the line. Would highly recommend.

During the sale process and the complex negotiations for a difficult chain the support we got from Andy was 1st class. He kept us up to date, supported our buyers and went above and beyond the call of duty in chasing up actions up and down the chain to ensure it reached completion - which I'm very happy to say it did about an hour ago :-)I'm hoping not to have to move again in the foreseable future, but if/when I do, MackSmith will be top of my list.

Excellent service received from the very start.Luke is an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept me up to date every step of the way.I was selling another home via another estate agent and the service was nothing like I received from Mackenzie Smith, I only wish I had sold my other property with them.Even a few weeks after completion, I had a few issues with my property and was not getting anywhere with the property developer, Luke stepped in and my issues were resolved the next day.Cannot thank Luke and Mackenzie Smith enough for all there help and assistance, would highly recommend them as an agent.

We chose Mackenzie Smith as we found them to be very professional when they viewed the house and with their presentation package. Andy Moran was our contact from day one till the end and we found him easy to talk to and he gave us some good ideas to sell the House. MS - Simply stood out & delivered (Above & Beyond)

Attentive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, integrity, going above and beyond, are all words that really don’t give Stephen and the team at Mackenzie Smith enough credit for the service and guidance they provide. When looking to move you are making some of the most difficult decisions you are ever likely to make. (easily the best agents in the local area)The process can put a lot of people off and in fact we discussed our situation with many other local companies prior to choosing Mackenzie Smiths and we were left 50/50 with what to do. The main reason for chosen MS was the fact that Stephen and his team kept things black and white. There was no gimmicks, there was no false promises, there was no “have you heard the stories of this company”. Put simply the only interest and concern was our needs as a seller and buyer. The service provided simply went above and beyond throughout. As with all sales/purchases you expect problems that are out of Stephens and are control, after all different people have different agendas, that’s life! This happened with us losing our first buyer just before Christmas but I can honestly state, that not at one single moment during the process was I worried that the issues wouldn’t be resolved. Stephen and his team led the way, chased and pushed as much as they could in a manner that was respectful, considerate and in the interest of all parties not just ours. The knowledge of the industry and market clearly made a huge difference. Without this level of service we wouldn’t have been able to move as quickly as we have. With this being the first time we have moved and purchased, we had many questions and concerns. All of which we approached Stephen and his team to obtain answers. Not at any stage of the process were we left no knowing what was going on, or what we had to do. If you want to work with an estate agent that truly has your best interests at first thought, look no further. Thank you Stephen and team, simply superb!

From my first meeting with Gary Tetlow, to the completion of the sale, my experience of MacKezie Smith has been exemplary.The stress and strains and the emotional roller coaster of selling any property, can seriously damage the very fiber of your being, from silly questions from prospective purchasers, to broken promises and purchasers that pull away at point of exchange, this and more happened throughout the process, Gary was there to help ease the strain, alleviating often with humor (I most certainly appreciated this as a distraction) and putting a cool head and perspective to the issues as they arose.Gary chased solicitors, the purchaser, he worked harder than any agent I have ever known (and yes I was once in the trade more that 25 years ago, although had never had dealings with Gary or MacKenzie Smith before).In all I can not recommend this agency highly enough, thank you Gary and the team for all your hard work and commitment throughout!A 'malteser' to you young man!

Fantastic!

Andy was fantastic from start to finish and would highly recommended Mackenzie Smith. As first time buyers very naive to the house buying process, Andy was able to support us throughout and no question big or small was ever any problem. He was great at liaising with our solicitors to help ensure we were in before Christmas. This was great as we both work full time therefore, alleviating some of the house buying process stress! Andy was always easily contactable and he regularly kept us up to date with any progress. We felt Andy went above and beyond and are very grateful for the excellent service we received.

Using local estate agents definitely the best decision we made!

We used Stephen at MS Farnborough for the sale of our house in Cove. He was great at putting us at ease that moving after 11 years was the best move we could have made! He had viewings in ready for the Saturday we went live online and Stephen kept me updated every step of the way and was happy to deal with my rambling middle of the night email brain dumps.. and kept the chain chased up to get us moved swiftly.Andy, Justin and the rest of the team at Fleet were great with regard to our recent purchase. Andy for keeping everyone on their toes to return stuff back to solicitors on time and Justin and the others on the day of completion when our sale had gone through but our purchase monies went AWOL for a couple of hours were great with us camping out in their office while they all worked hard to track it down, while also calling the movers to keep them sweet with the delay and making me tea to calm down a frantic mum wanting to get in the new house and beds built in time etc for the kids... definitely proved that going local pays off!

I cannot praise James Harris and his team highly enough for their support during the recent Sale process of our house in Church Crookham. We selected James to sell our house because he was the only agent in Fleet who gave us the total confidence that he would 'sell' our house for what he truly believed it was worth. He did not make excuses for the tough market, unlike other Fleet Agents we contacted. Head and Shoulders above the Competition

Just over a couple of years ago I proposed a plot of land we owned to be sold by a local estate agent, Mackenzie Smith being one of them among others. I was shocked to see the difference in responses from receiving nothing to a 1 page letter. However from Makenzie’s we received a full presentation including market research, similar developments in the local area and a detailed proposal on how they would market the sale etc. there was simply no comparison and after speaking to Katherine Gray who would be looking after us if we went forward with them. it became a very easy decision. Katherine was extremely professional, and sympathetic with the complications our sale would attract. Katherine kept us well informed on every step of the way through the process and was available at any time to answer any questions that came up or advise if needed. Her matter of fact attitude was a breath of fresh air, there was never any misunderstanding or grey areas which made the whole process and communicating with the developer extremely straight forward. I cannot praise Katherine and Mackenzie’s enough and would highly recommend them in the future and would not hesitate in using them again.

My experience with Mackenzie Smith- July - October 2018

My experience with Mackenzie Smith in Farnborough has mostly been really good. I initially dealt with Alex Cox who came out and viewed the house with us both times, who was polite and helpful throughout our interactions. Once we had our offer on the house accepted, we were passed to Pedro Barros, Asst Branch Manager for the remainder of the transaction. On a couple of occasions I felt that Pedro was a little frustrated with us due to our phonecalls and questions, and we did have a lot of them, but it was only to ensure that everything was going smoothly and to clear up our queries. Overall the interactions we had with Pedro were generally positive, and the whole experience has been a pleasant one. I would recommend using Mackenzie Smith in Farnborough, and want to thank them all for their time and efforts in our house purchase. We can't wait to move in!
