Our experience of working with Your Move to purchase our house, I can say that Helen at Your Move in Carlisle made the whole process go with ease and with no hassle what so ever. Helen kept us informed every step of the way and was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Your Move as an great, effective and friendly Estate Agent. Awful experience from the Workington branch ( now closed). I had been liaising with them for over 12 month on a property that was for sale through them. When I rang to make an offer on the property when mine had sold I was informed that an offer had been accepted the previous week on the property. When questioned why as an interested party they had not informed me I was told that the buyers had sold privately; which turned out not to be true. I would be reluctant to purchase any property through them and would definately not recommended them as an agent to sell a property. Awful treatment.

Went for an interview over a year ago with them and they kept saying how "professional" they were etc. They said they'd let me know within a week and to this day, even after chasing them, they never for back to me. So much for professional they didn't even have the decency to tell me I didn't have the job.
