GoogleMy 1st experience purchasing a house. The agents were supportive, professional and proactive, Mrs. Stacy and Denise especially. The communication was always prompt and friendly, and overall my experience with them has been thoroughly enjoyable.

GoogleIn the process of hopefully moving to the area and these are the agents acting for the people who are selling the property. They have been very helpful.

GoogleRubbish. Never respond to enquiries. Even an email to Claire Townley the "branch manager" was never answered. Bunch of jokers. How they ever sell properties is a complete mystery to me.

GoogleTerrible. As a buyer would not respond to calls to view a house. Eventually house sold with Your Move blaming the stress on the sellers. And the Estate Agents are supposed to take the stress out of selling your house! Would put no stars, but 1 is the minimum.

GoogleCalled over 20 times over a 7 week period trying to arrange a viewing for a 2 bed flat above their shop. They kept telling me they couldn't get in contact with the tenants to arrange a viewing (Even though the flat is directly above their office). They wouldn't accept an offer from me. Now they've told me the flat has been sold. I would guess these are scam artists withholding viewings from the owner to drive the price down. Maybe or maybe not but there's definitely something dodgy about them. They're also still advertising the flat as for sale. Steer clear!
