I bought a house through Your Move, and what can I say Helen and the team were amazing! She chased things up for me and kept me right in what needed to happen next! Would definitely recommend!

Can’t thank Helen enough for how amazing she has been to help us buy our first home. She has been so quick at getting back to us and always checking in throughout the buying process. Thanks so much Helen!

Five stars seems inadequate for the quality of service that we have received. Helen displayed the highest level of professionalism, communicating regularly and ensuring that every stage of the process was covered. If selling a house could be a pleasurable experience this at least came extremely close thanks to her attention.

Helen and the team have been amazing helping me in my new tenancy. Every person I have dealt with in the branch or over the phone have been extremely friendly and helpful in what has been a stressful time. They are all a credit to the company.

Me and my partner had been trying to find somewhere to rent for months after getting knocked back, your move Carlisle went out of their way to make our dreams come true. Helen helped us through everything and was so supportive throughout the whole process. They were attentive, professional and responsive to calls, emails and meetings. Helen was so lovely and went out of her way to get us in our dream house. Even now we’ve moved in, she is still there to help/answer any queries we have. I couldn’t fault your move Carlisle at all. Definitely recommend going to your move Carlisle for any property queries.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Huge thank you to Rachel for guiding us through the process of buying our first home. Although the sale did fall through (through no fault of the estate agents), Rachel still made sure to keep in touch with us and sent us other properties we may be interested in, and sent her congratulations when we found a property via a dofferent agent. Thank you for being so kind and understanding of our circumstances. Would definitely use Your Move again.

Excellent service! I chose Your Move Carlisle to market my house and they have been excellent. The staff are so lovely and have made what could have been a stressful transaction, very easy! They were always at the other end of the phone and went well over their role as an agent. More specifically, Helen has been the most amazing person! I dealt with Helen throughout the sale and she was so helpful! She is insightful and just the most bubbliest person. My house was given a very fair valuation and on the market a couple of weeks before I accepted an offer. Wouldn’t go elsewhere! Thanks everyone at Your Move CarlislePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
