GoogleRubbish. Never respond to enquiries. Even an email to Claire Townley the "branch manager" was never answered. Bunch of jokers. How they ever sell properties is a complete mystery to me.

GoogleHuge thank you to Rachel for guiding us through the process of buying our first home. Although the sale did fall through (through no fault of the estate agents), Rachel still made sure to keep in touch with us and sent us other properties we may be interested in, and sent her congratulations when we found a property via a dofferent agent. Thank you for being so kind and understanding of our circumstances. Would definitely use Your Move again.

GoogleAwful communication from YourMove, caused issues between ourselves and the buyer. Employees don't talk to each other, causing several phonecalls to solve a simple enquiry. Rude when handing the keys over, apparently the buyers had 'waited long enough'. Shame YourMove had taken almost a year to sell the house and caused much of the delay themselves

GoogleFrom Denise on down the ladies have always acted superbly on our behalf. I have sold, bought and rented property through this branch and itβs predecessor at Workington and wouldnβt go anywhere else.

GoogleHonestly the worst estate agents Iβve ever dealt with, just use first choice youβll be better off. Yourmove fail to properly maintain their properties plus half arse the job when they do try, canβt provide information on their own lease agreements, try to stick you with previous tenants bills and then to top it off try and find any excuse to keep your deposit. I dread to think what theyβre like during house sales. Just donβt use them.
