GoogleFive stars seems inadequate for the quality of service that we have received. Helen displayed the highest level of professionalism, communicating regularly and ensuring that every stage of the process was covered. If selling a house could be a pleasurable experience this at least came extremely close thanks to her attention.

GoogleHuge thank you to Rachel for guiding us through the process of buying our first home. Although the sale did fall through (through no fault of the estate agents), Rachel still made sure to keep in touch with us and sent us other properties we may be interested in, and sent her congratulations when we found a property via a dofferent agent. Thank you for being so kind and understanding of our circumstances. Would definitely use Your Move again.

GoogleWe bought our bungalow through Your Move and were so impressed we are now selling a buy to let property with them, Just a lovely team. Unfortunately I need to add we are going through the ombudsman to get our £499 back from Embrace financial services (they take payment in advance so beware) as the service we had was well below any professional standard, we sacked her and went with CMD financial solutions on Lowther Street who charge half the price and gave us a great, friendly and professional service.

GoogleTerrible. As a buyer would not respond to calls to view a house. Eventually house sold with Your Move blaming the stress on the sellers. And the Estate Agents are supposed to take the stress out of selling your house! Would put no stars, but 1 is the minimum.

GoogleCalled over 20 times over a 7 week period trying to arrange a viewing for a 2 bed flat above their shop. They kept telling me they couldn't get in contact with the tenants to arrange a viewing (Even though the flat is directly above their office). They wouldn't accept an offer from me. Now they've told me the flat has been sold. I would guess these are scam artists withholding viewings from the owner to drive the price down. Maybe or maybe not but there's definitely something dodgy about them. They're also still advertising the flat as for sale. Steer clear!

GoogleAbsolutely useless... Rented a house through them. Reported issues were never resolved. In the end tried to charge me for things that were damaged before I moved in, good thing I made photos and uploaded them to be included in initial report. Had to dispute charges with TDP scheme to get my deposit back. I also found out that previous tenants had same issues and never got their deposit back. Absolute scammers... Avoid at all cost

GoogleThe team at Your Move Wigton have been fantastic. As a seller I could not have asked for a more supportive and hard working team to manage the sale of my property. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
