GoogleWe chose You Move because they done an amazing job of selling my mums house last year, Nikki Lush came out to value ours, she was very friendly but stayed professional at all times, she went over the whole selling process and advised us of the fees, I would totally recommend them if your looking at selling your house.

GoogleI cannot recommend YourMove in Carlisle highly enough. Nikki has been a huge help over a period of several months, assisting in getting my property ready for sale and then attracting and agreeing a sale in less than 10 days from it going on the market. The whole team at the Carlisle office are superb to deal with, always friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleAbsolutely useless... Rented a house through them. Reported issues were never resolved. In the end tried to charge me for things that were damaged before I moved in, good thing I made photos and uploaded them to be included in initial report. Had to dispute charges with TDP scheme to get my deposit back. I also found out that previous tenants had same issues and never got their deposit back. Absolute scammers... Avoid at all cost

GoogleAbysmal service!! Trying to get the branch manager to return a phone call was a nightmare! The worst experience of trying to rent a house i have ever experienced. Totally incompetent and amateur in their attempt at negotiations and fobbed off at every question. Renters & landlords should run a mile from these bunch of wannabee estate/letting agents... looks like we had a lucky escape.

GoogleI requested a viewing of a property 34 Jubilee Rd Carlisle CA2 4DD advertised online with Your Move in Carlisle ,I was told the seller has requested that I am not allowed to view the property or make any offers to buy the property..The property belonged to my late wife Marion who passed away November 8 2021,she left it in her WILL to her brothers 3 children who have thrown the tenanant out and put the property up for sale with Your Move.i would like to buy the property as it was the first property my late wife and I bought together.Tom Crotty.i think this is Discrimination.
