GoogleI just wanted to say how professional the Carlisle team at the Your Move branch have been. From marketing my property with excellent photos and great advice to the sale (within 1 week) . Adel has kept me informed throughout the process from viewing booking and lots more information leading to the sale. I found the your move initiative of showing how many people have looked at my property really helpful and very unique. I would highly recommend the team at Carlisle your move branch for anyone marketing their property. The team were very enthusiastic and helpful which helped me understand the process and led to the sale of my property within 1 week.

GoogleWould not recommend renting any house off them at all moved out over 13 weeks ago and still no sign off the deposit. The house was not suitable whatsoever it was covered in mould and damp, the letting agents and landlord was no good with trying to sort out the issues, we had to go to the council for help with the house issues for the landlord to actually try sort out the problems, left us without heating for a week, and didn’t even complete all the work, the council still have the safeguarding put in place as the house is still not suitable.

GoogleI 100% would not recommend Your Move, they are useless when it comes to maintenance situations, for a whole 12 months of living in a property we had mould and damp, due to the conditions of this house, it led us to be constantly ill, when it came to raising concerns about the property they were always brushed under the carpet, or we got stupid answers, it only took months of us raising more and more concerns and going to the council about the issues in the property for them to actually get work done to the house and still after that the issues only kept came back. Tbh the pictures don’t even do its justice for the house conditions. And now we have moved out the landlord is trying to take advantage and wants to take £307 from our deposit to fix the issues with the house

GoogleI wudnt rent a house of these as they do not respect or listen to there customers my family rented a home from them in which it was full of damp mould was growing on things etc when the council got involved they had to do work etc they were left with no heating over winter which made them ill. So they moved out 3 mth ago and now they will not pay them there deposit bk. I have advised them to take them to county court and claim compensation.
