GoogleThe whole process was smooth, from the time I viewed the property up until I moved in. The whole team was very helpful especially Stacy and Joan whom I worked closely with, they are such lovely people.

GoogleI do not ever write negative reviews unless absolutely needed! but in this case it’s paramount I’m afraid! I Would never recommend this agency as the stress they caused to us by not sharing vital information was catastrophic and unprofessional. Ignoring calls from my agent and not returning them to say the least! Avoid and do your research there are far more professional and competent that deserve your time and business.

My team felt they helped you a great deal and as I am sure you will now know, we did not have the information you thought we did and indeed we found out at the same time as you and your solicitor. I reviewed the file in full and the amount of times we spoke to you and your agent was extensive. Rachel and Jess were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, from finding a house to rent, right through to getting moved in. They made everything straightforward and stress-free. GoogleWe are very happy with the help, advice & guidance Melanie has given us throughout the process of letting our cottage. We were kept informed of all viewings, which were all accompanied by the same rep from Your Move. Although it has taken a little while we feel that Melanie has found us a tenant who will fit perfectly.
