GoogleWe are very happy with the help, advice & guidance Melanie has given us throughout the process of letting our cottage. We were kept informed of all viewings, which were all accompanied by the same rep from Your Move. Although it has taken a little while we feel that Melanie has found us a tenant who will fit perfectly.

Every time I’ve called for advice, she’s been incredibly helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. Whether it was filling out forms or just answering my many questions, nothing was ever too much trouble. Helen is a real credit to the company, always polite, courteous, and professional. GoogleViewed a property and requested a 2nd viewing,as we don't live locally I phoned the office and gave times we were available (we were in the area for a couple of days).Lady said she would phone me back that afternoon but I got no call.Next day I phoned back and another appointment was arranged for the following week.Had viewing and a few days later I was contacted about my thoughts.I had a couple of very relevant questions and waited for an answer.Three weeks later I contacted them to find out why I had received no reply and was told that they must have left an answerphone message with the wrong person by mistake. Most definitely would not give this outfit the job of selling my house.Communication is appalling and consequently I have lost interest in the property as the answers to my questions when I finally received them were quite honestly unbelievable
