GoogleViewed a property and requested a 2nd viewing,as we don't live locally I phoned the office and gave times we were available (we were in the area for a couple of days).Lady said she would phone me back that afternoon but I got no call.Next day I phoned back and another appointment was arranged for the following week.Had viewing and a few days later I was contacted about my thoughts.I had a couple of very relevant questions and waited for an answer.Three weeks later I contacted them to find out why I had received no reply and was told that they must have left an answerphone message with the wrong person by mistake. Most definitely would not give this outfit the job of selling my house.Communication is appalling and consequently I have lost interest in the property as the answers to my questions when I finally received them were quite honestly unbelievable

GoogleWe’ve just completed a complex move for my very elderly parents. We enjoyed excellent, efficient and super friendly service from the Wigton team. We dealt mainly with Jess who could not have been more helpful, professional and understanding. We spoke to Claire and other team members all of whom went out of their way to help.

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Your Move and had a really good experience overall. Catherine was the reason we chose to go with them, she was so friendly, honest, and knowledgeable when valuing our home that we instantly felt we were in good hands. Throughout the sale, Louise and Sheree were amazing. There were a few minor stressors along the way (as there always are with selling a house!), but they were always supportive, patient, and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We would definitely recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling their property!
