GoogleFrom start to finish Your Move Carlisle have been exceptional. From Allison valuing to completion and in between with Helen, my sale was dealt with both professionally and warmly. Advice, guidance and help i received was second to none . It was very appreciated and much relied on. I would not hesitate to use again.

GoogleSo pleased with the service given by Your Move Wigton. Clare gave us confidence from day one of valuing our house. We were kept informed about the sale of our house at every stage. All the staff were very friendly, professional, supportive & very quick to respond to any questions or queries. Clare, Jess, Bradley & Melanie always greeted us with smiles & went above & beyond to help us. We're so grateful to them all for helping to take a lot of stress out of the house selling process. We would give them more stars if we could. We would very highly recommend to anyone buying or selling

GoogleI do not ever write negative reviews unless absolutely needed! but in this case itβs paramount Iβm afraid! I Would never recommend this agency as the stress they caused to us by not sharing vital information was catastrophic and unprofessional. Ignoring calls from my agent and not returning them to say the least! Avoid and do your research there are far more professional and competent that deserve your time and business.
Suzy I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review. I did try to reach out to discuss with you, with no reply. My team felt they helped you a great deal and as I am sure you will now know, we did not have the information you thought we did and indeed we found out at the same time as you and your solicitor. I reviewed the file in full and the amount of times we spoke to you and your agent was extensive. We are happy to take feedback on areas we can improve but we were unable to help on this occasion, I appreciate this can be very difficult but we tried our best to support you.
