GoogleWhat can I say possibly the worst home purchase experience I have encountered from an estate agent. Their total lack of understanding of the legal requirements wrt Residential Park Home sales resulted in a very stressful experience, from start to finish. Initially they appeared to be quite pro-active but this was shortlived and resulted in us having to keep chasing them to action requests throughout the sale, with regular broken promises of updates which never materialised without us having to chase them. After the sale had concluded it even proved difficult for them to carry out the simple act of arranging collection of their own For Sale Sign, without repeated emails and a direct message via their website.

Dear Mr Spink, I am genuinely sorry that you feel this way. I have reviewed the file and spoken with the team today, as this is not the type of feedback we welcome. I can see that there were some frustrations along the way, although I can also see areas where the team went beyond the call of duty to help ensure your sale remained intact. The sold board is managed by a third party, and they do sometimes carry out installations in bulk. I will be discussing this with them to help avoid any similar frustrations in the future. That said, our aim is always to support our clients throughout the process and, for whatever reason, you did not feel that was the case. For that, we do sincerely apologise. GoogleSheree and Louise, in fact all the staff have been magnificent. From beginning to end nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them. Louise the manager even made me a coffee. Which, according to the staff is unheard of. π β¦

GoogleYour Move staff in the Wigton branch have provided us with an exceptional service throughout from putting our house on the market through to exchanging contracts today. Claire photographed and advertised our house with an accurate valuation resulting in an offer of full asking price within weeks. Claire provided us with soliciters who have also been very efficient and providing an accurate time frame. Jess has supported us throughout the sales process and with all the complex paperwork. Jess has been very prompt and helpful. Overall we are so pleased we chose Your Move to sell our home and help us find our forever home.

GoogleVery impressed with the diligent and friendly team at Your Move Whitehaven. They have been a fantastic partner during the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. Louise's unbelievable work ethic and care for her clients was clear from the get go and Bradley was a brilliant agent with a great attention to detail - he clearly had our best interests at heart. In fact, they valued our old home at Β£10k more than their local competitors and managed to sell the place in 24 hours! Very happy with the service so far and would recommend Your Move to anyone.
