I would like to share my experience with all the staff at Your Move Kingsthorpe with my recent house sale, after a bad experience with a rival estate agents that I won’t name I switched over to Your Move, from the outset the communication was very good and everything was clearly explained to me throughout the whole process of setting my property back on to the market. Within a few weeks of listing my house on to the market the Estate Agents found me a buyer who made an offer that was accepted. I was regularly informed of any updates and progress from the initial offer through to exchange of contracts, there were a few teething problems near the end however Jessica went over and above to help resolve these issues to reach an amicable solution for both buyer & seller. I was very impressed with her professionalism and tenacity. Jess left no stone unturned to achieve a positive and successful outcome. I must also mention Harry who I always found to be very helpful if I needed any information or advice. Harry must be commended for his cheerful manner and professional approach. And lastly a big shout out to the branch manager Stephanie who was our initial first point of contact, Steph installed a lot of confidence with me and my partner being new to selling & buying this eased a lot of the stresses and anxiety’s throughout the whole process of selling and looking for our new home. 5 ⭐️ service from Your Move. Rented a studio for 6 months, we've been told it was cleaned and checked but after we moved in we reported very dirty carpets, grease under the kitchen cupboard, dirty oven, mould in the kitchen around the sink and in the bathroom around the bath tub, walls and sink, black mould underneath the sink, overgrown bushes and grass in front of the house, cigarette butts everywhere around the front door, a pair of dirty underwear and a diaper thrown in the bush right in front of the door, an old dirty suitcase and furniture left on the side of the house which wasn't collected for around a month, a brown bin full of rubbish so heavy we couldn't move it which wasn't collected for the entire 6 months that we stayed there, and the water drainage from the roof blocked for so long that grass was growing out of it making the wall inside the house mouldy At the end of the tenancy we asked the agency if we could leave the bedframe (brand new), a tv stand (brand new) a mop with a bucket (brand new and still sealed) and they told us that the people who will move in will be ok having them After we've moved out they've charged us 570 out of our 750 deposit saying that it was used for cleaning, gardening, removing rubbish; All that was reported by us when we've moved in They're a bunch of scammers, Be Careful with this lot, they've used our deposit money to refurbish a place we've complained about for the entire stay blaming repairs and cleaning that wasn't done for years on us They're taking advantage of good kind respectful people and I would highly stay away from people like this
